Shipping Policy

 Currently, we only ship to the United States and Canada. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs fees associated with the order. 

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout and varies depending on your order and address.  All orders begin processing status the day AFTER the order was placed. Please allow 7-10 business days (M-F) for your order to ship. We do not ship on Sundays. This time may vary (may be shorter/longer), should this occur, SZ will keep in close contact with the customer. 

Return,  Exchange, & Refund Policy

Thank you for your support and purchase from SincerelyZen LLC. WE DO NOT accept returns, exchanges, nor refund, due to the nature of our products. However, we work endlessly to ensure every customer is amazed and pleased with their purchase.  If product arrives damaged or unusable from transport, take photos of package and damaged item (s) and contact us (zenmode@besincerelyzen.com) immediately,  and we'll make things right!

Lost or Stolen Packages

SincerelyZen LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the listed address on an order. Should a customer need assistance to located a package, SZ will provide shipping and delivery information to assist in the shipping carrier investigation.  Standard shipping is 1-3 business days depending on customer location.
